Which workshop is right for my team?At Curious Minds UK, we offer team building workshops to boost creativity, empathy and curiosity at work. Choosing the right package depends on your team's specific needs and goals. Our workshops blend fun, learning and inspiration to fuel better ways of working. To pick the right package for your team, it's good to start by thinking about what your goals are. For example, are you looking to improve team collaboration? Or maybe you're looking for a session to inspire your team to be more creative? It could also be that you're just looking for a fun team building day out. Take a look through our package options and see which one closest matches your goals. If you're still unsure, or want to personalise your experience so it fits perfectly, get in touch. We're here to help you design the perfect workshop experience for your team.

How many people can attend the workshop? We adapt our sessions to work with small and large groups (20+ participants). For smaller groups, we'll usually include a mix of individual and whole group challenges. For larger groups, we'll typically break the team up into smaller sub-teams, who'll work together throughout the workshop. You're welcome to send us pre-selected group lists, or we'll simply set up the groups at random (names out of a hat style). You can also mix the groups up during the session if you'd like to. We'll discuss these options with you and will be as flexible as you need.

How interactive are the team building workshops? At Curious Minds UK, our team-building workshops are highly interactive, ensuring that every participant is actively engaged throughout the session. Our workshops blend fun, hands-on learning activities and inspiring challenges that require collaboration and communication. We're also mindful that every team is different, and there'll always be a spectrum of introverts and extroverts. Our approach is focussed around psychological safety, so everyone feels engaged and included. Each session is designed to build participants up to challenges so they feel comfortable taking part. We'll also work with you before the session to understand the specific needs of your team. This dynamic approach not only makes the sessions enjoyable but also leads to more effective team bonding and better ways of working together. Whether it's through group problem solving tasks, creative brainstorming sessions or empathy building exercises - every part of our workshop is designed to be participatory and impactful.

Where will the workshop take place? The simple answer is anywhere. If you're looking to keep costs down or save on travel time, we're happy to come to you. Just make sure you have a good meeting room available with enough space for your group to move around. If you're looking to get out the office for a change of scenery, we'll work with you to find the perfect venue. From our experience, different venues set different tones. For example, for our Creativity workshop we might book a space at a local art gallery. Don't worry if you're unsure. We'll do the heavy lifting and suggest options that work for your team and budget.

What if we're short on time?We know it can sometimes be tricky to get everyone away at the same time. That's why we offer workshops that last from a couple of hours to a full day. Our facilitators ensure high engagement regardless of the workshop length. Just let us know how much time you have, and what you're hoping to achieve. We'll work with you to make sure your session fits just right.

The workshops sound interesting, but are they actually fun?Yes! Our team building workshops are designed to improve specific qualities within your team (like creativity, collaboration and innovation). The most effective way to do this is through fun and engaging shared experiences. Our sessions invite a relaxed, casual atmosphere where people get to let go of the usual day-to-day and just enjoy themselves. Our #1 aim is for your team to walk away from the session saying "Well that was great, wasn't it?"
